Online Bill Pay
You can now pay your bill online at
www.ub-pay.com.

Before you can use the site, you will have to register.  Type your first and last name as these appear on your bill card. The municipality code is 1stMaceMeadow.  Be sure to turn off your pop-up blocker.

Your payment will be processed through EZNETPAY, which collects a small convenience fee for this service. (No portion of this fee goes to our Association.)

You may be interested in registering even if you don’t plan to make any payments online, since this will give you access to your billing and water usage history. Registration is free.

Public Alert System
Our business office now has a public alert system which it can use to notify our members of a water emergency. In order to be included in this system, please provide our business office with your telephone numbered email address.
