Board Meetings
Our board meets at 6:00 pm, on the second Wednesday of each month, in the Activity Room of the Mace Meadow Golf and Country Club, 26570 Fairway  Drive, Pioneer CA 95666.

You can contact our Board of Directors by email.  However, please understand that we receive a very low volume of correspondence, so we may not see your message right away.  If you have an issue that requires immediate attention, it is best to call our business office at 209-296-3121.  The business staff can alert the board to any matters requiring their immediate attention.

We will post the agenda for each of our board meetings at least four days prior to the meeting.  Our official posting location is at the Forest Knoll tank compound on Forest Knoll Court at the corner of Meadow Drive. As a courtesy to our shareholders, we will make an effort to provide an electronic copy of the agenda for the upcoming meeting below. However, please understand that the agenda may be revised at any time up to 6:00pm on the Saturday preceding the meeting by posting at our official  posting location.
